We’re back!

August 31, 2020

Our Autumn term begins on Thursday 3rd September at The Settlement. We’re so glad this is possible!

The meetings until further notice will all be Crafting Together. For our first meeting please bring your Guild Challenge and any other projects you have been working on since we last met. Also bring your current project to work on during the meeting.

Because of the Coronavirus situation there are a number of new guidelines for meetings:

We will record names, telephone numbers and postcodes of all members attending meetings and will retain these for the required 21 day period.

The Guild will limit the number of members attending meetings to those capacity numbers set by the Settlement and all members will adhere to the social distancing rules. Please email the secretary on the guild email address to confirm you will be attending.

Members will be required to wear face coverings at all times unless they have an exemption from doing so.

Bring your own refreshments, we will not be using mugs or facilities provided in the room to reduce risk of cross contamination. Please also keep your equipment to yourself – e.g. bring your own pen!

Use hand sanitizer on entering the room.

There will be extra cleaning required before and after the meeting, there may also be one way systems in place around The Settlement. Access to guild equipment is restricted, please speak to the Chair or Secretary if you need to borrow something.

Lets do everything we can to meet as safely as possible, so that we can continue to craft together!
